Purple Telecom issues vouchers which may be used to recharge telephone accounts from any phone on the Stadswonen network. Vouchers are available in 20, 30 and 50 euro values. For your convenience vouchers can be purchased directly from this website. Payment methods include iDEAL (Pin payment over Internet) and bank transfer transactions. An iDEAL transaction is direct and provides you with your purchased voucher number instantly. A bank transfer is indirect and requires an offline action from you. Bank transfer payments may last up to two days before the money is received by our webshop. Only then the voucher number will be displayed in your account at the webshop.

Recharging your telephone account is very simple. Just dial toll-free number 010-7144888 from your room telephone set and enter your 16-digit voucher number. To check your remaining balance just dial toll-free number 010-7144777 from your room phone set.

A voucher isn't personal and can be traded among students. It may be used to recharge any phone that is connected to the Purple Prepaid service. Vouchers do not expire. Purple does not take back unused vouchers or refund positive account balances.
