Make payments with iDEAL
Pay safely and convenient with iDEAL..
iDEAL is based on Internet banking. This means that you make your payments through the Internet banking service provided by your own bank. You use the same interface as you do when using the Internet banking software of your bank (i.e. Random Reader of Rabobank, SMS-Tan of Postbank, or e.dentifier of ABN AMRO). Payments are charged to your bank account instantly, just as is the case with PIN payments.

How does iDEAL work?
You place your order at the Purple webshop. At check-out you choose iDEAL as payment method. Then you choose your bank. You will be guided to your bank, where the order is ready to be paid. Your bank will ask you to enter some information, then you authorise the transaction. The charged amount will be deducted from your account directly and Purples webshop receives confirmation that the transaction was successful. When you use Internet banking at one of the participating banks you can use iDEAL straight away. No separate registration for using iDEAL is necessary. If you do not use Internet banking you can register for such service at one of the participating banks.

Are there transaction costs involved when paying with iDEAL?
All customers of Purple can make iDEAL payments free of charge.

I made the payment. How can I be sure that the amount has been paid?
After each successful transaction with iDEAL you will see a confirmation on your screen which you can print or send by email. Of course your transaction is also listed on the account statement which is sent to you by your bank on a regular basis.

Can I undo an iDEAL payment?
A payment made with iDEAL cannot be undone, just like a PIN payment cannot be reversed.

What is Buckaroo Online Payment Services?
This is the Internet bank register used by Purple webshop to facilitate payments. Buckaroo is internationally certified according to PCI standards of Mastercards and Visa and ensure correct and safe handling of your iDEAL payments.
